My Story

Throughout my career, I performed in over 60 productions, from international movies and TV, to the stage in the West End. Those years were of course a fabulous adventure, but when my attention turned to coaching clients and teaching professional dancers, I discovered something beautiful; the absolute joy of bringing out the best in people. And I realised something else: I thrived on it and so did my clients and students. Those dancers and actors ended up getting contracts dancing in opera houses and in ballet companies all over the world, or garnering five star press reviews. My clients finally got their promotion or that big contract that had at first seemed so elusive. How? Because I’ve worked something out from all those years and experiences on stage, and it is this: how to make a lasting, positive impact. How do you do that? Of course it can be challenging and even at times very uncomfortable for anyone to dare to be fully present, but we all have so much more to give than we think we have! And I have seen the joy on people's faces when they discover something inside they didn't know, or trust, that they had. I love bringing that out. It's an utterly rewarding experience. That is why I do what I do.

“Imagine your audience naked”

- Please don’t! This is usually the only advice we are given for performative confidence and I do not find it helpful at all. My coaching removes the fear and separation from your delivery, instead engaging your audience completely.

My Work With You

Your Potential

Does the thought of doing a presentation fill you with dread and performance anxiety? You’re most definitely not alone. I’ve been there myself. I’ve certainly felt the fear, the breathlessness, the sinking feeling of not being ‘good enough’, or the want of someone else to step in and take over. There were times when I felt it as a performer, as a dancer, as an actor and even as a teacher and coach - so I know. I can work with you to realise your potential and channel those nerves into something altogether more human, and therefore stronger. What I do is effective, it’s real, it’s powerful and beautiful.

Your Embodied Performance

Your non-verbals strongly indicate authenticity and how you feel. Body orientation is key. Why? Humans read and trust body language over speech, and if you embody your message, people instinctively accept and believe in what you say. My work is entirely based around enhancing who you really are; not holding back, being bold, and mining the stuff that you normally try to hide. Find the ease in expressing yourself how you wish to be perceived.

“Why are you stingy with yourselves? Why are you holding back? What are you saving for - for another time? There are no other times. There is only now. Right now.”
